eating the same thing everyday

So i'm back at college now and I'm planing to get back on the diet plan i was on, besides counting calories, i was eating at least one salad aday, ususally I have a salad for lunch and dinner and I'd have something else to help me have enough calories, but today a friend told me cant eat the same thing everyday. I take vitamins and I drink lots of water. but do you think it's okay to eat the same thing everyday?

No, your body needs a bigger variety of protiens, minerals, fats, etc...
A healthy person can get away with eating the same thing everyday, but it is not recommended.

Women of childbearing age have special nutritional needs - in my opinion. If you ever get a chance, take a Nutrition class at your school. You will learn so much!!

I know how difficult it can be to eat a variety of nutritous, low calorie foods when you are going to school.
