OOO they actually have a new lower fat section. I had the dragonfly chicken. It was a teriyaki chicken breast loaded with a mandarin orange salsa, broccoli, and brown rice. THe salsa had so much flavor and the portion was just right. :) I think it was under 500 calories too.
google hungry girl

the most recent email is one all about TGI Fridays low cal menu!!
You are right! I read that this morning! LOL

Princess - that sounds soooooo good!!!!!
I just ate there last night and they have a whole section of Low Fat foods for under 10g. and around 500 calories.  The chicken as stated by italianprincess is good.  I had that - however, I didn't have the oranges with my salsa..  It was good and it felt good to eat healthy at a restaurant.  Unfortunately, they do not have it on CC to log in!!!

okay, so i just went to Hungry Girl.... never knew that existed, anyway, and read about Fridays, and the Dragonfly Chicken looks wonderful!  I think I've just made my decision!!  Thanks for the help ladies!!
You're welcome. :)

PS Jennifer they jipped you!

DRAGONFIRE CHICKEN
Marinated chicken breast topped with fiery Kung Pow sauce, mandarin oranges and pineapple pico de gallo.  Served with stir-fried brown rice and cilantro lime seasoned broccoli
oh ya i was going to mention that too! i wanna try that low phat chicken salad they said was awesome <3 yummmm.
what we should all do, is get the nutritional information for these things from the restaurant websites and submit them as we find them, that way they will be there for people in the future

Jennifer - how did you log the Dragonfly chicken???    or did you just put 500 cal?  Also, I'm a wine lover..  can I have 1 glass of white?  I checked Friday's, and their house, Sutter Home Chardonnay has 150 cal per 1 glass.  Not the best wine, but I'm willing to make some sacrifices..  opinions...??
maybe make it a spritzer and cut the cals in half?

hmmm theres a great idea...   Maybe I'll do that.
Italianprincess:

I am allergic to oranges, so I had to get my salsa without them.   They did offer them, but I would have been sicker than a dog if I ate them.  Thank you for the concern :-)

Stlgirl:  I hope your TFI Friday's experience was great!
Ahh that makes sense then! I just thought they didn't give you any!
