Just wondering, but do any of you eat candy and other not so healthy stuff in your new healthy lifestyle? I usually have some candy, but I stay within my calorie limit. If I don't have candy, then I'll eat a whole ton in one day.
i dont have candy that much. maybe 2x week. i love me my chcolate &ice cream!
Yes, unfortunately. I also have will power issues. Meaning that once i get started, i won't stop till it's ALL gone. And I mean ALL. It's hard to stay clear when you're young but you gotta deal with it. =)
I usually have something sweet for dessert every day, but like 2 cookies and that's it. Today I had Jolly Rancher's though (didn't realize it was the soft chews :/ I prefer hard candy).
Depends on my calorie intake for the day. Sometimes I actually need to eat sweets and treats in order to reach my 1800 goal so I don't go into starvation mode.
I eat candy whenever I want it. Today I shared a Twix and a Milky Way Midnight with Alex. I still eat fast food, I still eat candy, I still eat ice cream and baked goods. All within moderation and within my calories.
It's unhealthy to be 100% healthy. For my sanity, at least.
dude eat all the candy u want. stay within your calorie intake. enjoy :D
my current candy obsession are necco conversation hearts. I bought each small box for 10cents each because it is after valentines, and each has 110 calories and 0 g of fat. If i crave candy, then that is what i eat withough feeling bad afterwards...
buuut if i am eating 'bad for you' candy, then i love peanut butter M&Ms, camamel bullseyes, milk and white chocolate, and basically anything else i can get my hands on :)
i am a candy addict, so i usually try to contain myself and eat the conversation hearts...
I don't eat candy. For one, it's empty calories and simply gives you a sugar-rush and a blood sugar spike - making you hungry again just minutes later. Second, candy doesn't even taste good to me anymore. I've been "eating clean" since last summer, and now I can hardly stand the sweetness of candy or chocolate bars. The one thing I still like is dark chocolate though; I buy 88% extra-dark.
I don't eat candy very much, but it's not "forbidden" or anything. I just think it's a bad bargain: for a lot of calories you only get a small amount.
Chocolate Frozen Yogurt, however, I eat every day.
I eat dark chocolate (65% or darker) if I feel like I had an especially good day filled with activity and healthful eating, and I replace something of the same caloric value with it. If I want a frozen dessert, I'll have a 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt. (I pretty much avoid that stuff, though.) :p
I have candy when I get the craving. I love fruity desserts though, I love chocolate covered bananas, dilly bars, fudgicles.. all the good stuff
Whats the point of living if you can't indulge? Live life! You only got one ride on this merry go round! ^_^
I have a bit, but usually I prefer to have fruit or something. I eat it more just before TTOTM 'cause I get horrible cravings around then >< As long as I'm in my calorie limit and the majority of my calories are comeing from healthy sources, I don't see why I should have something I want every now and again =]
I usually eat sugar free candy or my fave Gayle's Miracles Chocolate truffles. at 1 gram a fat and 30 cal a piece its hard not just to have just one. I also like Heavenly Deserts Meringues that usually cuts my cravings.
i just ate some candy. I had 10peanut m&m's. and was surprised that's only 100calories. that's a good portion of candy.
I alwyas have something. a couple jelly beans, mike&ikes, m&m's, or a cookie or scoop of ice cream. I can't give up my sweets.. i'd go insane.
I eat candy! I love dark chocolate and hershey's kissables. I ususally eat a few of those mini candy bars (snickers, milky way, butterfinger, whatever) and they're usually about 40 calories each. It kind of seems like a lot though so I don't eat that many of them.
I LOVE candy
Sadly I can't have any without binging or without it being followed by laxatives. I am cutting those two demons out of my life for good so candy isn't a wise choice for me because it ultimately ends in pain, discomfort, guilt and weight gain
Starting today, for a whole week, I am not going to eat any sweets. I AM A HUGE BLOW POP FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i don't really eat candy very much. maybe once every two weeks.
i had some yesterday though. i went to a movie and had popcorn and a jawbreaker and some sour gum. i can't/don't want to eat very much though.
after you stop eating stuff like that it's just never as good as it used to be. still is nice to do especially at a movie cause it brings back memories of my childhood going to movies with my friends or my dad.
Laffy taffy. Not the little ones, I let myself have one of those long ones at least once a month, I incorporate other not so healthy things into my new healthy lifestyle. Slim fast makes a snack bar that tastes just like a butterfinger, so I enjoy that sometimes.
