I liked the newsletters. Check out the one call "When Good Brands go Bad" They blast Fiber One!

Interesting. They'd benefit from having a chemist (or someone with even a remote introduction to chemistry) on staff though. They seem to think that cellulose is a sweetener. While I applaud their mission, this seems to be the sort of site that calls "baking soda" good and "sodium bicarbonate" bad - when they're exactly the same thing!
1. be mindful of what you're eating and
2. fresh foods are always the best (instead of pre-packaged foods with extra junk)
Ummm... yeah 'soy lecithin' is an unpronounceable chemical additive? NOT! It's a stabiliser and emulsifier, but it's a very basic one and it's been used for donkey's years.
That site seems to go for the blindingly obvious, and it doesn't impress me.
I have to admit, at first I was interested, but found myself wishing they could be a bit more positive about...something!
