So how is everyone doing this week?? Personally, I think Dec sucks! I have had no willpower the last two days and have eat too much (icecream!). And I am going to be moving home in a few days where I will have less control over the food being served, then there is holiday treats! URGH. I want November back!

Starting weight:: I was 115 when I was 10 weeks pregnant (first doctors appointment where they weighed me).
Current weight: 136 at 34 weeks pregnant.
Goal Weight: I still have to gain 5-10 lbs before the baby is born in January but then I hope to be back to 115 by June 2009. So I guess I don't get to start my weight loss until then.

This week is so far so good for me. I know I will have some baked tostitos with low fat cheese melted on them on Saturday, so I'm really trying to be good this week. I made a huge batch of veggie soup and I'm eating it everyday for one meal or another.
You know, just befre "that time of the month" I feel like a bottomless pit, so I am resisting the urge to eat unhealthy right now- as I type this! At 4 I am having something, maybe a muffin. And then soup for my late dinner tonight. Boring, I know.
I can realte because I don't have control over what is made at home either. That's why I made the soup. And when I do eat at home I eat small portions of whatever it is. Tonight is meatloaf so that is not so bad, but I'll still have soup. blah blah. I just buy lots of my own snacks, maybe thats what you'll have to do keb.
Anyways- good luck everyone for the rest of the week. Remember that Friday is weigh in day, so be good tonight and tomorrow at least. ;)

I didn't go to the gym yesterday or count calories. BUT granted, it was a much needed rest day. I cheated too, but I don't feel so bad. Chips are my weakness, hehe.
Back at er today. Went to the gym and shovelled snow. Stayed within my calories AND I have about a 900 calorie deficit.
Good luck this week everybody! We will need more of it since Christmas is creeping up quick.
Hi - sorry to be such a slacker.
Weight on Friday December 5 was 175.
I am not sure how this coming Friday will go. I have lots of cookies to bake with my daughter but I am going to do my best to keep my calories under my 1700 limit and walk a half hour on the treadmill.

Weigh in day. I was at 178.2 again today. Didn't budge at all but I have been high all week so I'm actually surprised there was no gain. I'll have to do better next week.
My weight today was 135.8 which means I still have to gain around 4 lbs before the baby is born in January. I have been around this weight for a month now. I hear some women's weight gain slows down in the 3rd trimester so that could be the case. We turned 35 weeks today! Only a handful left to go and then I can start the fun of LOSING the weight.
