I am doing good today. I went for a 5 1/2 mile run this morning. 55 minutes. My calorie deficit is doing better. Looking forward to posting my stats tomorrow. :)

i struggle with overeating (i have a very small frame) and prefer junk food (puts me in a bind!!) and have never counted calories until joining this site...its been enlightening to say the least...but i really like how this site gives me 'grades' so that i can be sure that i'm getting all my nutrients...here's to getting healthy and getting in better control of my bad eating habits! would really appreciate all your support =)

Currently: 152.6

Goal Weight is 143

A brand new weight! Never been this low before. Maybe I've beat this plateau. We'll have to see next week. Oh wait, I'll probably be bloated. Geez!

Well done Igloogal, on your loss, on being your lowest weight EVER and on your eye watering runs!!

I am very excited to weigh myself on monday, bought some shorts off ebay and they're a bit tight so that give me something to work towards!!

My new eating plan has helped so much.  Every time I get on the scale the numbers are going down.  I'm always in disbelief and get back on again to check if it is reading correctly.  I still haven't touched the candy at work and have been eating lots of raw veggies: tomato, carrot, celery, radishes, cucumber, red bell pepper for dinner with hummis and brown rice cakes..  I've been working out every day for 30min.  I didn't make it to cross fit this week.  But I did work out in my garage.  jump Rope, Burpees, body weight squats, Kettle Bell Swings and Rowing on my rowing machine.  1 min. intervals with 1 min rest in between.  I just hope It's not muscle that I'm loosing, because I haven't been lifting any heavy weight's for about three weeks now.  I really would like to be thinner but also muscular.  Ripped...baby ripped...LOL.   One can only dream...

Other than sticking with the cal count for the day, been trying to fit aerobic/light weight training in once in a while, seems to be working so far!  Hopefully it'll get me to the end. :)

Thank-you for all the kudos you guyz! I am back from the long weekend here... (Victoria Day) Looks like I will hit maintenance this week~ I'm okay with that I guess... had a few vodka 7's this weekend, it was worth it. I'll stay away from the alcohol this weekend coming up. (and the chips, and the hot dogs, and the ice cream, and the. . . )

Today I am 154. Up 1.4 from last week. BUT today is my absolute "heaviest" day. . . you ladies know what I mean. . . so I'll make an official post Monday morning..... and try to be good this weekend.

I feel like an absolute bag o s%^&.

b00ger, most of the time my calcount is less than 1k a day, and that's just 'cause I've been crunching time at school studying and less eating for finals, etc.  Usually it's at an even 1k or a bit above it, but always below the 1500.  I've been doing cardio and light weight training (5-7lbs, or sometimes just body weight) about 4-5 days a week.  You can always do light training w/o weights, since you are lifting your own body weight, but it's most effective right after a good cardio work out.  I'd say 40min a day is good enough for cardio, about 30-40 with weight lifting.

Not much working out this week for me.  Did a few days of garage gym weights Mon. and Wed.  I started my cycle this week too Igloogal.  Who knew pheromones could travel via the internet to put our cycles in sync.  I'm up in weight also but, it will be better next week.  Don't get too down on your self...
