ok so I've lost quite a bit of weight and the place I've noticed the most loss is my boobs! I've gone down from a 32DD to a 32C.
I don't really want to be any smaller than a C really, so does anyone have any advice as to how I can keep my breasts and carry on losing weight on the rest of my body?

Sorry Sasha but we can tell our bodies where to lose weight. My boobs shrink too but I have noticed that as I lose weight my breasts stay in proportion to the rest of my body. So even though they are getting a tad smaller they will probably look just fine on your smaller body to match!!!!!
Haha. That is exactly the reason why I stopped dieting. I wanted to get to 105 pounds but after losing 12 pounds my boobs shrinked from 34D/DD to 32C/D: they cannot fill my old bras..... Thanks to my mom, I have always had sizable boobs even when I was super skinny (less than 100 pounds). So when I started dieting, I told my hubby that they would be just fine. But now they are probably the smallest ever.....I guess the age starts to be in play.....
Anyway, just want you know that you are not alone there. I start to eat more fat and carb just try to get them back to where they were.....Not sure what will happen.

Ugh... I lost 14 pounds and went from a 34A to a 34AA. I can't even find bras that fit now. I never had a chest to begin with!
Birth control pills make your boobs bigger!
not to be rude, but breast size really has nothing, nada, zippo to do with fitness. shouldn't this be in a different forum? it irks me to see it in this one.
