 I am totally disgusted with how I look. I lost 30 pounds last school year and was very happy with how I looked in the summertime. I was 145 and able to wear a size 8. That's the smallest I've been in a long time! I was so happy to be able to wear a bathing suit that showed my stomach without having to suck in all the time. At the end of July, I went to competition with my youth choir where we ate out 2 meals a day for 5 days. Right after that, we went on vacation where I ate a lot and didn't exercise. I gained 5 pounds from that and haven't been able to get it off. Even worse, 5 more crept back on. I can no longer fit into my size 8 pants. I can barely fit into the size 10. I am totally disgusted with how I look and feel, but despite all my best efforts, I can't lose any weight.  I am trying so hard. I eat no more than 1350 calories per day and exercise a lot. My band teacher gave up sugar and dropped 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I am going to try giving it up for Lent (even though I'm not Catholic). I have to get back into my summer clothes by summer! You cannot possibly understand how badly I want to get this off. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?

You're gonna think this sounds weird but you are not eating enough. If you don't eat enough to keep your body systems up, it will go into starvation mode and eat your muscle up and not the fat. My suggestion is eat more and excersise more. good luck!!
I decided not to give up sugar. I know that if I deprive myself of sugar, I'll just end up going on a crazy sugar binge when no one is around. It's a recipe for disaster. I have been eating more lately and exercising more lately.
well have you tryed eating fruit to  just make sure you limit yourself and remember that just try to stick to a meal plan. it may be hard but if you want to do it enough, you can do it!
ur not losing weight becuse your not eating enough teens need 1800 cals minium a day so they dont starve themselves
