| 1/2 | cup egg beaters, original |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1/4 | teaspoon cinnamon |
| 2 | slices bread |
| 1/8 | cup Aunt Jemima lite syrup |
Heat skillet and spray with Pam cooking spray. In a shallow bowl combine egg beaters, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Double dip the sliced bread. Fry in skillet until golden brown, making sure to cook thoroughly. Top with lite syrup.
