| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tbsp half & half |
| 1 | tsp Splenda |
Mix egg, half & half with Splenda. Place in a sprayed crepe pan and swirl about a scant 1/4 cup. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on 1 side; flip and cook another minute. Makes 3 crepes.
