You can cut the fat easily to suit your needs. Can also be made with soymilk, hempmilk, maple syrup spelt flour or chocolate chips instead of the respective ingredients. 1/2 this recipe for a smaller batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Free brownies (can be made wheat free, soy free & dairy free)

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp corn syrup
2/3 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Egg Free brownies (can be made wheat free, soy free & dairy free)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Melt butter, corn syrup, sugar & chocolate in a glass bowl 1 min in microwave. Stir & nuke 20 seconds more & stir, again if necessary until shiney & smooth. Add milk & whisk until smooth

  3. Sift dry ingredients

  4. Add wet to dry & stir until incorporated & then for about 30 seconds. You want to activate some gluten in this recipe because there are no eggs. The mixture will be very thick!

  5. Press mixture into a greased or parchment lined 12x9 pan with either a spatula or parchment paper & flaten evenly.

  6. Bake 23 minutes.

  7. Cool in pan & run a spatula around edges to loosen sides.
