You can mess with the servings but for one serving I had
3 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 ounce almonds
sprinkle of cinnamons
chop up and enjoy - lots of healthy fats and really easy to make/cheap/quick
Stats: 381 cals, 8 carbs, 25 g fat, 32 g protein
