Egg salad

Ingredients
3 eggs, boiled
8 egg whites, boiled
1/3 cup Hellman's light
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish
1/4 cup green onion
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Note: How to make a batch of egg salad with 11 eggs: Start with 12 eggs. Invite your four-year-old daughter to help. :-)
