3 large Egg, White
1 cup Spinach
2 oz Cottage Cheese Small Curd Lowfat 2% Milkfat
2 tortilla medium (approx 6" dia) Tortillas, Ready-to-bake Or -fry, Corn
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for egg and spinach breakfast tacos

heat tortillas on a skillet. Then cook the spinach in olive oil. Meanwhile, mix up egg and egg whites with the cottage cheese. Add to the spinach. Cook scrambled until they're done to you liking and divide between the two tortillas.
