Ingredients
3 egg whites
2 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp diced mushroom
2 tbsp diced red bell pepper
2 tbsp sliced lean ham
Directions
  1. Saute vegetables and ham. Add whipped egg whites.

  2. Cook to desired doness.
