| 1 | small onion, sliced |
| 1 | tsp oil, Pam |
| 1/2 | tomato, diced |
- Place egg whites in bowl. Place onion and beat gently with a fork.
- Spray pan lightly with Pam, place under a low flame and add egg/onion mixture. When it is nearly cooked add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
