I am confused on the nutrition facts... On here it says they are 117 calories and like 26g of protein. I have looked on other sites and it says they are only 17 calories and like 3.6 grams of protein? Does anyone know which is accurate?

one CUP is 117 calories and 26g protein

one EGG WHITE from one EGG is approximately 16 calories and 3.6g protein

oh okay i just cant seem to find just a regular egg white on here, instead of a cup

one regular egg white would depend on the size/weight of the egg itself, since they vary so radically

just medium sized

an ounce.. that's how much a regular sized egg white weighs.

if you click the pull down menu (by the serving size) you will get the option.

1 oz. that helps! Thank you! I am new to this obviously! lol

Thanks again

Here's egg white, raw  When you click the down arrow to the right of the serving size, you will see 1 white.  It's for a large egg, but that doesn't weigh that much more than a medium egg white, so you can log that and be accurate.

by the way, when I first came here it took me ages to find that serving size selection!

Does anyone know how many calories there is in a egg white omlette?  I had no trouble adding up the calories for the ingredients, but I don't know how many eggs are necessary for an omlette made with cooking spray, not butter.  Any ideas?
