What can I do with egg whites?

I have 2 eggs worth of whites.  What can I do with them other than for dredging and baked goods?  Preferrably without bread crumbs, cereal, wheat products.  Thanks!

egg white omlet with salsa and low fat cheese

scrambled with chopped baby spinach and parmesean

sammich with english muffin, turkey bacon.

i really love breakfast, is it obvious? lol

Haha, could I make those with only 2 egg whites?

yes. just use a smaller skillet and you should be fine.

or add an egg white or two. i personally buy them in the cartons at the store, just whites only. so i measure mine with measuring cups.

You could:

  • Make an omelet.  Add some spice.  Salt, pepper, oregano.
  • Scramble them.
  • Mix in with some veggies - green peppers & onions w/ a lil olive oil.
  • Make a cheese omelet.
  • Mix in with some chili peppers.
  • Make an omelet n top with greek yogurt and banana.

..IDK.. Possibilites.  Weird ones too :P

Get a can of chicken stock or veggie stock (a little one, like campbell's soup) and heat it up on the stove to about boiling point, slowly stir in the egg whites and add some green onions...you now have egg drop soup.

I actually take 3 egg whites and mix it up with tuna.  I cook it on the stove (tuna included), I put salsa in it.  I can mix anything together and eat it.  My wife says it is disguisting to smell.

Wow, how can you eat that with just egg whites?  I have to eat my soup with all of the egg; otherwise it tastes disgusting to me haha

Meringues...... Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks, fold in a little caster sugar and bake in blobs in a cool oven until crisp and dry.   A very nice, relatively low-cal dessert.
