Egg whites vs. Egg Beaters
Realistically, is one better for you than the other?
I've been eating Egg Beaters for quite some time, but then they expired today and I decided to use egg whites instead. I looked up the nutritional info on both but they seem to be around about the same.

Are they even lower sodium, does anyone know?
i use egg whites because they seem to be pretty unprocessed. egg beaters on the other hand, are flavoured and have lots of other stuff added to them.
