Recipe Ingredients for Eggless White chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
6 tbsp water
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, crushed
2 cups white chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Eggless White chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper or a silicone baking, mat.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside.

  3. In a small bowl mix flaxseed and water until a paste is formed. Combine with melted butter, oil, sugars and vanilla. Beat until blended well then stir in add chips and nuts with a spoon or rubber spatula.

  4. Roll into balls or drop by heaping Tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets, press down on the cookies a bit to flatten.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges look golden brown and the middles don't look quite set. Allow to finish cooling on the baking sheet.
