4 eggs = how many egg whites?

i'm going to use liquid egg whites in a recipe instead of whole eggs, but i don't know how to convert 4 eggs into the amount of egg whites i should use....

anyone know a formula or some way to figure this out????

Well, I do know that 4 whole large eggs is approximately the equivalent of 5.5 egg whites. Does that help? If I can find out something more, I'll let you know. Does the liquid egg whites indicate how many egg whites are in one serving?

What is this recipe for? You might not have satisfactory results if you replace whole eggs with egg whites. Some recipes are serious about the yolk. Especially with baking.
