Einstein's Bagel Bro calories right or wrong?

Ok, so are the calories listed on the official Einstein's website correct?  I am so confused because the MAJORITY of my food intake is from Eistein's(it's on my school campus).  The calories here on CC list much HIGHER calories for the food, yet Einstein's numbers are much LOWER.  I also checked several other sites that have information about Einstein's on them and these OTHER sites(not associated/affiliated w/ Einstein's Bagel Bro's) list similar if not the SAME calories listed here on CC.  Please, if anyone can give me some insight.  I would REALLY like to know which one to use because the calories listed on Einstein's seem toooooo good to be true : /

The actual company should have more up to date info than CC or similar sites. The info on CC could be years old before the health-craze hit.

Maybe split the difference for now?

Why don't you give them a call? The .pdf nutritional sheet on their website says it was last updated 2/17/09, so I'm sure its more accurate than the other websites. If I were you I'd call about the items I was most interested in and have them confirm it with you over the phone. Here is the number listed on their site: 1-800-bagelme
