..Boca burgers REALLY taste like burgers!

I mean, I seriously think he swapped a regular burger for a Boca burger and handed it to me or something. Because these are like, unreal. They taste SO MUCH like regular burgers, I'm.. I dunno. speechless.

so is it true? are Boca Burgers God's gift to dieters, or is my dad a horrible sadist?!

I have heard people say they taste a lot like a regular burger, but I've never tried one myself.

i think they do. i love boca..i'd buy 'em non-stop but they're a little pricey. low fat cheese n reduced cal bread... a cheeseburger for a little under 190 cal. crazy good..to steal the poptart logo

For some reason they aren't in Canada anymore.  The 'chick'n' nugget/patties are the best things ever!!!!!!!!!!!

i know it. and even put in the mic, they are still so yummy. i'm in love. they are my favourite type of guiltless sin.

wow. that's a relief. haha. it would mean the difference between 180 calories [2 Boca patties] and around 600 for the regular ones. eek! I even took a little piece of a regular burger [something I'd NEVER do] to make sure and compare.. and they tasted EXACTLY the same. I was stunned! oh man, I love Boca <3

i like the grilled bocas with the cute lil grill marks on them...makes them taste extra burgerlicious :P

Boca Burgers are fantastic! Being veggie, they are pretty much my only option when I go out to eat, and I have yet to get sick of them. At Red Robin they have the "protein burger" that comes wrapped in lettuce, with a side salad, and I sub boca for the meat, and omit the cheese. It is indeed wonderful. Morningstar Grillers are also great (taste more like meat to me) but of course, have more calories... cost a bit more too haha. 

I think Morningstar Farms Grillers Veggie Burgers are even better.  It's the easiest part of my diet change - ditching beef burgers for Morningstar Farm Grillers.  I used to make fun of a friend of mine for ordering veggie burgers but now I see just how awesome they are!

The boca black bean bugers, as well as the roaster vegetable burgers are awesome! I plan on eating one after my workout tonight!

I've tried some Morningstar Farms patties that were amazing for a substitute as meat loaf, and tacos. Not so sure about burgers though. I've wanted to try the black bean burgers though, especially after being morbidly unsuccessful at making my own. ><

oh, and I just made some boca chorizo using chili powder and Mexican tomato sauce.. OH MY GOD. amazing.

I love Boca burgers! Low Fat cheese, touch of ketchup and a pickle and your done.

The regular vegan boca burgers are only 70 calories! I eat them on a whole wheat bun with some ketchup, veggies, etc and I am very satisfied. It usually comes to under 300 calories but for a burger that is dang good!

sarah_b--I know! and so satisfying, right? I had two patties in my burger last night on a light bun, and it was STILL only about 300 calories. Boca=new best friend.

ok now I'm gonna have to try them :). Has anyone tried the burger king veggie burger? Any good?

I actually tried my first Boca Burger the other day. It tasted like a regular burger to me at first, but after a few bites, it had a strange taste, and almost a burning sensation in my mouth, and I had to throw it away D: I want to quit eating meat but things like that make it so difficult for me!

   Hi! I've tried the burger King... it was good, but I wondered what type of burger they used, as it was tenderer than the grilled style Boca's I used at home!

awhite you were probably allergic to something in it...if they have soy protein isolate in them then I am screwed.  I can't eat any of the protein/diet bars on the market...the first bite and my mouth feels weird and my stomach starts pumping up mucus like crazy and I get a pain smack dab in the middle of my back.  I have my gall bladder out so I know it's not that.

 

So do the boca burgers have soy protein in them?
