How do I get the emails from old posts to stop?

How can I get CC to stop sending me emails about forum posts I posted on months ago to stop coming.  :)  I realize they might be getting current posts but I don't want 5 emails a day for this.  Thanks!

Go and edit your post from that thread, and just uncheck the box and hit OK or Edit Post. I don't think it will bump the thread so it shouldn't wreak havoc.
