Emerald Cocoa Roasted Almonds

Quote  |  Reply

First of all, if anyone hasn't tried these, I highly recommend them. They are a great alternative to chocolate covered nuts without risking flavor.

Secondly, the package says the serving size is 1oz. or 1/4, but I find it hard to measure out almonds that way and I don't have a food scale.

So if anyone has has these and measured them, could you tell me how many are in a serving?

Sorry, I hit the enter button before I typed anything by accident. I was hoping no one would read it right away until I fixed it. Heh.

I have some flavored Blue Diamond almonds- according to the label 1 oz. is about 24 nuts (160 calories). Hope that helps.

Hi. Just saw this post...

I'm eating those almonds right now. :D I love them! :) I believe the lid to the 11 oz. canister is a 1/4 cup. So, just pouring the almonds into the lid should help with your measuring. :)

Hope this helps.

yup I LOVE those almonds! SO yummy! I usually just pour a serving into the lid of the canister and it pretty much works out

I've been obsessed with those since I first spotted them...I've recently had the 100 cal packs and there are 18 in there, so for the full 1 oz serving I think it would be about 27 nuts...
