I'm usually pretty good about figuring out the content for the foods that I cook, and even the foods that I get when I eat out.  That said, one of my favorite cheap and quick things to grab are these yummy empanadas.  Now, I've cut back on them, but I'm not eliminating them all together.

Any help in figuring it out would be great.  They are about 5 inches long, triangular with 3 inches at the greatest width.  All empanadas are baked and are filled with veggies that vary week to week...mostly chickpeas, potatoes, brocolli, spices, etc.

i doubt i'll get an accurate anyalisis, but even something sorta close would help.

Thanks!

you can always google calories in empanadas, and go from there, or go to recipe zaar and figure out and then manually add it to your count.

This is a bit obsessive (I've pondered doing it before... but never actually done it) but you could take one home one day and take it apart and weigh the different parts... then for example if the filling looks like about equal parts chickpeas, potatoes, and broccoli, you could weigh the filling and log it as 1/3 of each. Same for the bread part and add them up and I would probably add a fudge factor for anything else you might not know is in there.
just make sure that if you look up empanadas on google, that the calorie count is referring to baked empanadas and not friend ones. I just got back from Costa Rica where I was studying spanish, and all the empanadas there were fried. SO I have a feeling that most calorie counts are going to refer to friend empanadas. Just to give you a friendly heads up!....
