encouragement for everyone

To Everyone On CC:  I have been on since August and I love it.  The people here for the most part are positive and very encouraging.   I have never been on a site where almost everything I go through there are so many people who understand exactly how I feel.  Through the support of all of the people here I am at to a 24 lbs loss and am still going strong.  I would love to give a little bit back and the best I can do is to let you all in on my favorite poem.  It is from a movie called Coach Carter but I think it is very fitting for all of us here and I have since hung it on my freezer door.  I hope you all find it as inspiring as I have.  Thanks again and good luck!

I told my children from the time they were old enough to understand that they are children of God and heirs to heaven - also that they are descended from Irish kings..

This is one of my favourite quotes. It's by Marianne Williamson and it's on my office wall... I printed it and framed it because it spoke to me so loudly.
