10 pounds by the end of August who's in?? --GROUP CLOSED
I made a new account and I want to start fresh. I lost 23 pounds from this site then just stopped counting and caring to it's time to start anew.
- This challenge is to lose 10 pounds by then end of August.
- Weigh-ins will be on every Friday morning regardless.
- All weigh-ins have to be in be 12 p.m.
- We are going to list every Friday and edit our weights in our posts.
- This is serious business so only join if you are seriously going to participate
- First weigh-in is July 18th, 2008 so get crackin!

You record your weigh ins on this tread, you make a list like I have and then every friday we go back and edit that post by filling in the weight that day for example:
- July 16th = 158

(Thats not the real days we're using its just an example) ;)

I'm in... I'm 5'4-5" and 143.6 right now... I was 130lbs 2 years ago and when i quit smoking I put on the lbs. I want to be skinny again!

Week 1: Half a pound lost, woo hoo! The scale did say 150.5lbs two days ago... so I'm hoping to see a bigger loss next week... maybe... My goal weight for the end of this challenge is 145lbs, so I gotta make up some progress if I'm going to get there by the end of August!
Week2: This has been one helluva week.. that's for sure! I took the weekend off (always a bad idea, but my mom was visiting and I figured heck, how bad could it be after only two days not counting calories?) Lo and behold I was up to 157 lbs on Monday after being 151.5 lbs on Friday (!!!) I know I ate a lot of processed food, so I probably had a ton more sodium than usual, and it must have been mostly water weight because today I'm miraculously at 150.5 lbs for a middle of the day weigh in, when I usually weigh in first thing in the morning. Can't wait to be in the 140's!
Week3: I haven't been able to weigh in much because I've been spending a lot of time at the BF's house... but this was my weight from earlier this week (let's hope that's what I still weigh today! although it seems a little low, so I won't be surprised if I see little or no progress next week...)
