End of day binges!
So it has been 5 months since my progress recorded above. I got below the 150 lb mark, actually getting to 141 at one point. But it is biking season and along with my workouts comes my silly warped mentality that I can be less stringent on counting calories. And then the binges begin on the weekends. It is a slippery slope, quoted be a smart person in January. I have gone back up to 148. I will try to log in and record my frustrations and weaknesses in an attempt to keep my binging in check. A treat here and there is okay, but half a cake and tub of cool whip is not!

It's not hunger. It isn't really even boredom. It is the fact that it was really good cake, and I love sweets. I eat whole grains, organic fruits and vegies, etc. and am very disciplined for the most part, but I allow myself to slide a bit on weekends, but it lately becomes a landslide. Lack of focus and will power.
