The End is Nigh.... (of the weekend ;) )

Happy sunday, and to you all you fellow Brits Happy Mother's Day :)

I'ts only 9 a.m. over here so...lots of time left yet! :o)

Near enough 1pm here now so i'm having my lunch! Garden salad (lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrot and sweetcorn) with salad cream, a raspberry yogurt and a wild berry Frusli bar :) yum yum!

Just finished breakfast - cornbread and jam with my coffee, very American.

It's really cold here, but bright and sunny.  The ice covering everything is sparkling white.

i went out to see what glasses some opticians had it and my word it's so windy!! and hail stones! But the sun is out, its just cold. 

Morning All!  Sun is out here too today but I can hear the wind whistling.  After the dump of snow we've gotten in the past two days I suspect it's very cold out there.  I don't intend to find out.
My Sunday plans are to FINALLY finish my freakin book that I've been reading.  Just over a hundred pages to go.  And to watch a couple movies.  Did all the cleaning etc yesterday so I have a true lazy, home to myself day ahead.

I just washed my car, it's all shiny and i'm soaking wet!

Morning all - sunny and warm - light breeze - good day for a sail!! Been to the gym - walked the boys - did some laundry - on the internet - all to avoid....doing taxes.  UGH.

I'm so glad i don't have to do taxes hehe

phew, thank god its the end of the weekend, kids back at school tomorrow lmao :)

It's been a strange weekend here. Husband was on night shift all weekend so I didn't see much of him, daughter #1 was home all week and seeing friends before going back,her boyfriend showed up yesterday to take her back, that always feels wierd to see her driving off with some guy, daughter #2 was partying with friends who were home for March Break, and I worked this afternoon, so I didn't really get to see anyone most of the weekend. to be quite honest, it was kind of nice to have some time to myself, doesn't happen often. I even got time to walk 2 km yesterday and 3km this morning. the dog is losing weight! I'm not... :(  at least I'm not gaining.

DAMN TTOM!! it just makes me want to eat and eat and eat!!

I'm a little confused.. i've lost a total of 4lbs yet i've dropped a whole size! This seems really odd! I don't weigh myself often to be honest, so i thought i would today seeing as how i'm a size smaller.

WHY are the only glasses i like really expensive?! The only ones i like are £125! arrrgh!
