Can you get an energy bar without the calories?
This may be a silly ? but I just started going to the gym and am really hungry after like an hour of cardio! Any advice is appreciated!

Calories are a unit of energy, so no.
No...you could try water or gum to fight the craving, or caffeine for a boost - but if you're hungry, especially if you've been exercising, I would just eat.
You're going to be having more calories so why not take along something natural and energy-dense with vitamins and minerals instead of some heavily processed 'food-like' energy bar? How about a banana or some nuts & raisins?
South Beach has protein bars 10grams for 140 cals. The chocolate are okay, but the cinnamon and raisin are excellent. Try Special K protein water in is local and will give you a boost.
