Am i the only one who feels really low on energy ?
Is this linked to having too little calories a day?

It could very well be caused by low caloric intake. It could also be enhanced by an imbalance in carbs, fats, and proteins. Be sure to get a proper ratio of macronutrients, bump your calories up a bit, and you should notice a huge difference. B)
Calorie: A unit of energy-producing potential equal to the amount of heat that is contained in food and released upon oxidation by the body.
(In simpler words, calories = energy. Don't think of them as potential fat, think of them as energy. I'm always low energy when I don't get enough to eat, even if it feels like a ton.)
