English Muffins

Hi, i have these English muffins that are made from unbleached enriched flour which I know is bad but it also has 5 grams of fiber. Does that make it good for you to eat then?

Why do you think unbleached enrighed flour is bad?  Granted, if it were specifically whole wheat it would be better, but 5 grams of fiber is pretty good.  Depending on the sat fat and cals, they're probably okay.

True the enriched means the processed out the nutrients to be added back in but the fiber is a plus.  "Good" is objective and if your not particularly carb sensitive, the processed flour may not affect you.  If you do well at getting some whole grains, I wouldnt be overly concerned with some processed ones too.

Is it the Thomas english muffins? I noticed the same thing, and was hesitant to buy them, but did anyway because of the fibre. To be honest, I'd much rather have the Weight Watchers English Muffins.

i like the Ezekiel English muffins. they have more protein and are from sprouted grain
