Well, I went to the grocery store this weekend and I got some English muffins. The only thing- I don't have a clue of something creative to put on it. Any suggestions besides pork and meat/cheese together? ^^;;;

Be advised most English muffins are marked OU-Dairy.
Also to the person who suggested egg and cheese- that is fine. Eggs for some odd reason are not considered milk or meat.
But after all these yummy topping ideas they're on the top of my grocery list.

Thank you thank you thank you for posting this thread. I had every intention to buy English muffins yesterday but missed the isle and didn't buy any after all.

Thomas makes an awesome Whole Wheat English Muffin that is like 130 cals and has like 6 grams of protien and 5 grams of fiber each. Damn good too, I had two this morning. ;-) But with 50% less sugar and calorie jelly.
I just LOVE Thomas' Light Multi-grain English muffins @ 100 calories each with 8 grams of fiber!!!
My favoritest thing .... toast them, and then spread spinach-hummus with a tomato slice on top (and a little Mrs. Dash seasoning sprinkled on top!) It's so absolutely fabulous!
You can also make pizzas! Just use a few tablespoons of salsa, add some healthy cheese, and top with something suitable.... mushrooms, peppers, meatless crumbles (Boca brand), tofu, or -- my favorite --- low fat turkey pepperoni.

Well Multi-grain and whole-grain are two different things. The light ones you like have a first ingredient of enriched flour if I recall correctly. I went with a little higher calorie option and a few less grams of fiber for the whole grains. Personal preference I guess.
Can I drink coffee without raising my sodium intake?
