If your happy with your weight loss, your doing the right thing. It seems I'm running below my required intake as well, but since my weight loss is running about a pound to a pound and a half a day, I'm not going to worry about it. However, if you fail to lose weight or feel stressed or fatigued try a slimfast or protein bar.
Congrats on your weight loss and good luck.
I dont intentionally eat below 1200cal.....I just have a hard problem when it comes to eatting enough in one day. I'm not trying to loose weight so I can look skinny.....as a matter of fact I've never had a "skinny" frame. So I'm not interested in that sort of thing. I just want to be healthy. Since being here I've noticed how much I eat, but based on what ccp says I should be eating it seems I'm not eating enough. I eat a good amout of food and I exercise so I'm happy with myself.

I'm suppose to eat about 1800cal a day but my average is more in the range of 1000 or sometimes less. What should I do to eat more calories without over doing it? I just don't understand how I'm suppose to eat this much food. If I eat too much I feel compleatly stuffed. I have been working out for about four weeks now. I dropped about 9pounds. Since I've joined ccp I've been keeping track of what I've been eating and it seems I haven't been eating enough. If I'm suppose to be eating more I get the feeling that sooner or later my body is going to stop dropping the weight. I use to weigh in at 145 and I would always struggle to get past that number. I dont want to get there only to see the same results as before. What should I do?
I usually struggle to get over my 1500, even with my light cardio and/or lifting at night. So I know Im losing muscle, so tonight I forced myself to down a big Protein Strawberry smoothie with fresh fruit. I eat major healthy, but now I eat ALOT of it. ALOT of apples, fruits, and veggies.
Dani,
You definitely need to eat more, you may lose the weight temporarily but you won't be able to keep it off at 1000 calories a day and you're doing your body serious harm right now. It's good that you recognize that you need to add more calories, don't be scared, the weight will still come off. Try incorporating more fruits and veggies and nuts are a good source too.

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
