Is 1500 enough for me?

Hello,

I weigh about 150, I  ;am 5'6

19 year old male. I  will be 20 in one month.

I am looking to lose some weight.

I walk about 3-6 miles&nb sp;a day.

Would 1500 calories be ac ceptable for me?

I feel comfortable at 150 0.

Well with your stats the burn meter says that with light activity you burn 2300 calories a day and ideally you shouldn't have more than a 500 calorie defiecit in a day and the minimum intake of calories should be 1500 calories for men. I would recommend trying 1800 calories a day if your trying to lose weight and more if you are trying to maintain.
