Hello, I would like to know how many calories I should be eating to lose weight.

In the past I stuck to 1200 and lost a lot but I have put it all back on and losing weight at the moment seems so difficult for me!

I'm thinking 1200 cals is too low for me and I would like you guys to tell me how much you think I should be eating.

My stats:
CW: 61 kg (134 lbs)
GW: 53 kg (115 lbs)
Height: 160cm
Age: 21
Female

Activity: Sedentary except for school 2 days a week and I work at a busy cafe as a waitress 3 days a week usually around 6 hour shifts.

Any suggestions would be very helpful! Thank you!

at lightly active you burn about 1850 calories, so 1200 is definitely too low. I'd aim for 1350-1450 if I were you to give you a loss of 1 pound per week. lightly active is only slightly more than sedentary which you most definitely are not since you do work as a waitress. Anyway, I hope this helps!!

Thanks heaps! I'll aim for that and see how I go Laughing
