Quote  |  Reply

I'm sure it's been asked millions of times, but what is enough to be healthy, in terms of activity, not to lose weight.

i dont have a walking commute and have a mostly desk job.  i dont really like to excercise and havent found anything Im into.

Get a dogLaughing That was one of the biggest things that made it really easy to make sure that at least I was doing something, when I donot want to workout, I make sure that I at least take him on a walk even if it is a short one. (Even in super cold weather, then the dog does not want to stay out long eitherWink)

haha, i have a dog! lol shes teeny tho and can walk for like 5 mins and then its time to go back! oh well

Can you get a stability ball and sit on that at work? I talked my boss into letting me do it, work-out while sitting on your butt all day at work... Not much good for cardio, but it will work your muscles....

haha, no way STEPH! lol i work in a school, in an office tho, theyd think i was nuts! lol

ive been doing 20 mins or so, 5-6 days/wk at the gym, elliptoical or walking, im thinking this is a good amount if i keep it up.
