Is this enough?

I have read the recommendation of at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week.  If I get the same amount of minutes (210 minutes) in 2 days, does that count?

I believe it is better to get it daily, but anything better then noting. *shrug

I think better daily as well, in terms of muscle recovery, etc.  However, if you only have time on two days to really hit up the gym, can you do other things?  Can you walk someplace instead of drive? Can you park 10 min away and walk the extra distance?  Take the dog for a walk? do sit ups while watching tv? etc, etc?

That depends...what are you doing on the other five days?

Swap the word exercise for activity.  So the 30 minutes doesn't have to be formal exercise such as time in the gym and it doesn't have to be in one go, so for example if you could fit two 15 minute walks into your day that covers your 30 minutes of activity.
