Moderators: duke3522, devilish_patsy, topanga1485, nycgirl, spoiled_candy, cmillington, coach_k i am currently on 1500-1600 calories a day and i am getting 85 or so grams i there. is that enough?

I belive the reccomended protein intake is 1gram per pound of HALF of your lean mass.
