do you input your foods before or after you eat?. and why? :)...just curious

After. Everytime I "plan" and put them in before hand, I never follow the plan.
I'm the opposite....If I enter everything beforehand I'm more likely to stick to the plan through the day because then I know how many calories are being taken in from the beginning and I know not to go over.
I plan what I'm having for my main meal at tea time and input that so I know how many calories I'm left with for breakfast/lunch then I add these as I eat them at work
Usually after, but I do both. Sometimes I like to see how the food will effect my total nutritional anaysis if I eat it. If the results aren't worth it, then I delete the food and find something more nutritional. I usully pre-log calories that I eat every day like coffee or fruit that is so ripe, it needs to be eaten or trashed.
Before and After ....it depends when i get online
