I entered "Light Activity" level. Should I still log exercise?

Answer
Most people log only those activities that are above-and-beyond their usual, such as 60-minutes of shoveling snow or 3 hours of dancing. The activity level you set in your profile should cover your usual activity. For instance, if you usually walk about 30 minutes a day and perform light household chores, you could choose "Light Activity" and let that be good enough. When setting your activity level, consider what you do over the course of a week. Your "activities of daily living" (sleeping, washing, etc.) and the calories your body burns to stay alive (heartbeat, temperature, etc.) are already included in the activity level you have set.
