Entering Calories Vs. Food...
Hi Everyone,
I have a question that maybe someone with more experience on the Calorie Count website, can answer for me...
I was wondering if there is a way to enter just the calorie amount and not have to enter each individual food item that I eat? I find it takes a lot of time that I just don't have. It's very easy for me to just jot down on a note pad at the kitchen counter how many calories I am having at the time and then at the end of the day, log on and pop in the end number for tracking purposes. I also have a mio watch (which I love very much) that I can enter my calories into if I am not at home.
Please let me know if there is a way to just enter calories and not every food item. Thanks so much for your help in advance.

You can add in foods using the #2 option on the food log page. There's a form you can fill in (like the nutrition label).
And then you can also tag items that you have frequently so that you don't have to search for them in previous days logs or re-enter them.

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
