Entering maintenance
How did you transition from losing weight to maintenance? Right now I eat 1200-1400 calories a day and I always feel stuffed. I am almost at my goal weight and know I will need to up my calories soon, but I feel like I'm stuck between eating healthy but way more than what I want, or eating unhealthy high-fat food (pizza, etc.) to get to my maintenance level (which at 5'4", 113 lbs I would guess to be about 1800-1900 calories). What worked for you?
Increase food intake gradually, an apple here, a small desert there. ;)

I think you have to appreciate that 'high fat' isn't 'unhealthy'.... Adding calorie-dense, low-bulk foods into your day will help you acheive your goal to get to the right calorie intake and it will also balance your diet better. A tablespoon of olive oil, for example, added to salads or in cooking is 140 cals.... very healthy indeed. A 1oz handful of nuts is a very small snack for 150 cals.... high in fats but also very healthy. A banana sliced onto your breakfast cereals adds 100 cals. Lots of ways to increase your intake steadily.
113lbs makes your BMI below 20... So don't worry if you gain a few pounds in the process of introducing more food. Good luck
Eat slightly more than usual or increase your caloric intake every now and then. Make sure everything is done in moderation. :D
