Enzymes

Hello!  Does any one here use enzymes?  If so, what have you used?  How much and how often?

I thought I' give this forum a bump so that it would be displayed on the main page of the Vegan group. You'll be more likely to get an answer that way. I, myself, am not able to answer this question. I do not use enzymes.
