5'2ers, what's your goal weight?

Quote  |  Reply

i'm 5'2" and around 132-135 (haven't weighed in abit) and am looking to get down to 115. i'm small-framed, so i could go lower.. but i think it might be triggering to me (recovering from EDNOS) so i will just stick with a healthy 115.

what about you? what frame-size are you, what's your current weight and what is your goal weight?

large frame, CW 192, GW 121. I will be very happy to see the top end of my BMI which is 136. Very Very happy.

medium frame. would like to get to  120. =)

I am medium to large frame, current weight 175.  My goal weight is 145 - but I will re-assess when I get there.  I am curvy and have a lot of muscle - so I don't know if below 136 will be right for me.

I hope this doesn't offend, but what is EDNOS?
Oh and my goal weight is 100 at 5'2". I'd be content with 105 though. Maybe. Hard to say, I think my goal is to be comfortable =]

I'm 5'2" and weighed about 135 until about a week ago. I hadn't stepped on the scale and suddenly I'm at a solid 140!!! I think that's the heaviest I've ever been and I haven't weighed this much since college. I have been working out, running, and waitressing (a.k.a. much more exercise than before). Is it possible that I have gained muscle weight? I'm sure it's unlikely, but what a relief that would be. My clothes fit about the same- I can't find the extra weight!

My goal is 125. Probably more than I should be, but I have a medium frame. Very broad shoulders in my family, and very little hips. Any weight I put on usually goes straight to my face and belly. Sooo attractive.

Maybe we can all check in with each other once a week and report how things are going... I'd love to have a group of friends to help keep me motivated :)

EDNOS = eating disorder not otherwise specified.

i had almost all symptoms of anorexia 8 months but couldn't be diagnosed with "anorexia nervosa" because i didn't have a BMI below 17.

Ahh I sound about like you haha, all the weight I gain mostly goes to my stomach to -_-, I have weak stomach muscles what ever I eat usually almost instantly shows ..

Im like 5-2 1/2 about 135-140 Havent weighed myself in awhile, don't wanna know either -_-..

I'd guess myself to have a medium frame, but thats just because I Have broad shoulders. I think im more Small frame, back when I was in Middle school and Early Highschool I was pretty small.

Im about a 28-29 inch waist 36 hip.

I want to Be at 115 or 120. I get dissapointed when I look in the mirror.. I prolly look average or normal to other people. But with out the clothes I have to much body fat :\.. Not very pretty. I started to gain weight back in 10th grade. around when I was 16.. Im 19 now. And i'd like to get back to a healthy more appealing lookin figure.

I'm small frame.. currently maintaining at about 108, seems to fluctuate maybe 2 pounds in either direction.

Oh okay =]
Well good for you for trying to recover, that's gotta be insanely tough. <3

125
5'2, 19, female, 125 pounds. Goal - 110.

Haven't lost a pound, and I eat extremely healthy too.

I want to cry. I don't want to restrict anymore, but it looks like my only option.

125 lbs is fine, but i know how you feel. don't restrict though, it''s not the way to go and it's only hurting you in the long-run, really. when you restrict you lose muscle mass BEFORE you start losing fat and just think: your organs are FEEDING OFF THEMSELVES. that's kinda gross, don't you think?

Haha God I sound like such a nerd, but care to explain what restricting is?
Wow good thing I'm so dumb Surprised

restricting refers to severely restricting the amount of calories your body takes in.

I'm 110, medium frame I guess...  I'd like to stay here, but could go down 2lbs for the summer!  Still, not dieting to change anything

My doctor has told me that 135 would be an appropriate weight for me.  I'm very large busted (considered a "small frame" though...) and carry my weight well.  Under all this flab, there's muscle hiding!  I swear! :P

i would say i'm a small/medium frame cause i'm actually 4'11" and 126 lbs.  i've always been a bit heavier than the *normal* weight for my height.  i blame it on genetics and perhaps bone structure =(  but i've started eatin very very healthy and workin out 4-5 days a week (both cardio & weights) about 8 months ago.  the heaviest i've ever been was 145 and for my frame you could just imagine! so one day after noticing that the regular size 5 pants weren't fitting anymore and the 7's were gettin pretty tight that's when i decided to just completely change my body! i still want to lose more lbs. to be at least 105...so i'll keep workin on it! Laughing

5'2"- 21 years old- goal weight is 108... 4 pounds to go*

(main goal is to tone up.. if i like how my body looks at 115 i don't really care about the number.. it's just nice to have a goal number i guess?)

I think the number on the scales - although interesting to hear other's goals - really is sort of irrelevant when comparing different people, as I have seen some girls 5'2" and 120-130 lbs with absolutely rocking bodies. Several people on this website fit that.

And then there was me, 130 lbs before I lost weight, and I looked downright fat.  Nothing rocking about it.

Muscle weighs a LOT so a little bit of toning goes a long way. Therefore, 120 lbs on one girl 5'2" may look TOTALLY different than on another 5'2" girl. *shrugs*

5'2 small frame Current 129 Goal 119 Just had two babies back to back with c-sections and also 2 other surgeries.  119 was my post pregnancy weight.
