Ok... so I have been told to use EEOO in my cooking... but I am turned off by how many calories there are.  Is there a lower type of EEOO, or am I just supposed to use it and calculate in those calories since it is good for me?

.............Putting a little bit of EEOO in a pan, adding some minced garlic and then adding in some Spinach until it is soft....mmmm... Spinach only has 20 calories for 3 cups and 2 grams of Fiber and 2 grams of Protein... I'm lovin the stuff!..........

The typical serving size for olive oil is about 1 Tablespoon, which is about 120 calories, but if you use non-stick cookware, you can usually get by with about 1/3 of that or 1 teaspoon for most things like stir frying vegetables which is only 40 calories.

There is a pam spray evoo...and that is helpfull because you don't use as much of it as you would from a bottle.....

Better yet buy a "misto" and add you favorite EVOO in it. It really makes a little go a long way ;O)
