Here is my food log for today. I am SO proud of myself that I upped my protein and fat and it looks decent to me. Also, I've kept my sodium low which is perfect for me! Please let me know your thoughts!

Fat needs to be between 20-30% so she's on the low end. Everything looks great and healthy! Way to go!
I don't think my fat is too high. It's all good fat, coming from egss, almonds etc.... I am a little low on my calories. I should be eating about 1600 so I may have a extra snack or two. I am feeling quite hungry today!

I disagree with mschrief - your fat content isn't high at all and the items the fat are coming from are perfect.

I agree with claire, kelly & lala about the fat % , that's really good! nice %'s and the foods are good'n fresh :) The ONLY thing I'd pick at is your cholesterol levels. Egg beaters is an awesome substitute for a regular egg and it's got no cholesterol in it. You can make an omelette or scrambled with yummy veggies mixed in. Otherwise, wtg!!!!!
