even though i'm oldtimer, i still need your help
so, even though I'm a long time member already,i'm still confuse..
I binged in again last night to about 5000 calories.. I tried eating 1000 cals for today only but until now, I already had 1500 calories..
I was wondering actually, how much does a 16 or 17 (depends whether u count years or days) need to lose? I used to eat 3000 to 4000 a day when i was 52kg..but after 5 months, BOOM!!it went up to 55 to 56..I really want to lose this back...
oh ya, I din do much exercise other than walking.. I walked like about 3 hours a week..
and also, should i really eat like 1500 above after a binge the day before?

I would guesstimate at around 2000. If you're eating 1000/1500 then binging, it ain't working.
