Recipe Ingredients for Evening Juice Meal

1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 cup slices Cucumber
1 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
1 cup Beet Greens
1 cup, chopped Kale
4 oz Juice
1 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Evening Juice Meal

Blend fruits and vegetables through the juicer, sweeten with Agave if needed, finish off with Sparkling Mineral Water. Very refreshing and filling drink.
